Relationship is Everything

Hey friends,

Good morning. Today’s dawn had some extra purple and orange, which was a treat. I’m writing from an early morning time at my house, with 7 others. The coffee pot is on, the fridge is humming (that’s how quiet it is haha), and the day is slowly waking up.

I’m thankful for another day to live, grow, learn, and connect with others. I’ve been reflecting recently on the phrase “relationship is everything". I think life is about relationship.

For the past 3 years I have worked remotely, which has been a very rewarding yet very difficult thing for me. I’m a friendmaker, an extrovert, and I love community. My best way I show up in the world is around others.

But the social difficulty of working remote and a reduction of exposure to people has made me reflect and focus on how to optimize my life to stay in touch with friends and with the world around me.

It’s a work in progress.
